Yes they are very stable and insane performers. When you are done checking out Gento and Dungka, you may check their HITO Awards 2025 performance to see their live performance. Btw, they are better live and don't use backtrack nor lip synch.

FYI, 'Go Up' (2019) was their second single. The choreography was done by their main vocalist, Stell. That was him doing the high notes, btw, and he used to choreograph a lot of their dance songs. And, yes, they dance and sing at the same time. You might want to check out their live full performance of 'DAM', 'Dungka!' and 'GENTO' at the HITO Awards 2025 in Taiwan (tons of 4K-HD quality fancams on YouTube).

Yes, they sing while doing complex dances. They’re actually more fit now (compared to this baby versions of them, haha). If you look at their DAM - THE MAKING vlog, you’ll see how hard their conditioning training was. But even when they were younger, they’ve always had insanely stable live voices. You’ve heard them sing and now you’ve seen them dance. Wait til you see them perform. They can sing AND dance at the same time. (AAA awards performance.) They are consummate performers (see Quit performance video.) These guys are the real deal. They own their production company called 1Z Entertainment and are self-managed. Pablo, apart from being group leader and song writer (on some stuff the others write too), he is also CEO of 1Z. Stell used to choreograph their routines (including this with the help of Ken) and Justin is the creative director of their MVs.

They have to practice this dance for 1,000 times so that it will just be natural for their bodies to move. They even danced to this while blind folded and didn't hit each other. What's more interesting is that when they sing this live, their vocals are very very stable while performing the full choreography. 😊

The person with the highest voice, Stell was the one who choreographed this with Ken, the one with the low voice. For some of their MVs, Justin was the creative director. They're all-rounders. If you'll watch other performances of SB19, you'll end up preferring to watch the live ones than listen to the recorded versions. They tend to change the arrangements of their songs in every performance. This is the reason why fans keep on following them to whatever show or concert because they don't want to miss any new arrangement or variation in their choreographies.
