CLICKED ON THIS SO FAST 😆 I’m super excited to watch this! I just know—even before you start—that you’re going to be blown away by their performance. That’s how much I trust the boys! 🤍

Miss Jo

They do have individual strengths. Josh is a great performer and hype-man. Pablo produces most of their songs. He usually produce their songs together with his brother Josue, collectively, they are called Radkidz. Justin is their creative director. So some of their MVs have Justin as creative director. Ken also produces his own music. Him and Stell are solo artists under Warner Music while SB19 is under Sony. Josh also produces his own music. They all have individual songs. You can really see their individualities from their solo music.

Regarding live vocals, that's what they're known for. One of their nicknames is Live Monsters. They're always fully live, and they always give their all in every performance whether they have an audience of 5 or 55,000 😃 They had full concerts on December 5 and 6 in Melbourne and Sydney, they got on a plane overnight and then performed in Taiwan for ACON the same day they landed on December 7. Their schedule is pretty wild but you wouldn't know it from the energy they gave. Regarding music production, Pablo and his brother Josue do a lot of it under the moniker RadKidz. The arrangements for the songs and dance breaks were all new specifically made for their ACON set, they like doing variants and different arrangements for live performances. Would definitely be interested in longform content even if in a higher tier. If you're going to do a longer song analysis from the ones you heard I think Dungka is definitely a good candidate. I suggest doing a double feature with the music video and the live Wish Stopover session. Thanks for the reaction as always!

Pablo usually handles the scream ad-libs. Yupp, that iconic ‘AHHHH’ part!as far as I know, he’s known for his ad-libs, and called ad-lib king? (A’tin, correct me if i’m wrong) Stell also does ad-libs too, and they both kill it every time!

As far as I have observed the only group that performed full live vocal with little to none backingtract. I didn't even consider it as backing tract was like to add a little ambiance. Everytime one stops few lines to catch son breath there's this tiny background vocals present.

All 4 songs have new arrangements. Dam and Crimzone have new dance break. I wonder here they find the time to do all that. They came to Taiwan from back to back concert in Australia with plane ride as their only rest. Love this group! Manages to surprise us A'tin every time. Thanks for this RV ❤️❤️❤️

Mae Enriquez

Main producer- Pablo (you might see his name in the credits: John Paulo Nase) and his little brother Josue (Joshua Daniel Nase). And when they do it together, they go by the duo name Radkidz

If you check out their solo stuff, you'd be surprised how different their individual music are

They are SO MUCH BETTER LIVE! Hence, their moniker is "LIVE MONSTERS". I suggest you try watching their QUIT live performance. I was at that concert, and I can tell you, its an experince!!

Subscribed because of SB19!! This performance of them was the BEST in ACON 2025! They showed to kpop groups how you sing LIVE!! With minimal to no backing track!! As a kpop fan before I knew SB19… Oh they better be ready ‘cause SB19 is not playing. 😏 They better level up their game now… sheeesh!!! SB19 is INSANELY TALENTED!

Shemiryl Go

And yes, their live vocals sound very natural, very raw… that’s why they are on another level….. as much as I like kpop, you really can’t compare them to SB19…. the gap is HUGE

Shemiryl Go

So sorry for commenting to many haha! Did this while watching your reaction. Well SB19 was the only Filipino act that night and the rest were all south korean solos and groups!! 🤭

Shemiryl Go

Just to let you know… Pablo is their main composer, producer and song writer! He’s a genius! Every song you heard here was written and produced by pablo! Except for 8tonball (written and co-produced by josh?) He is also the one who gives each member their part in a song. They also have their own company (1Z entertainment), so they are their own bosses and also the artists haha and pablo is the ceo! I could not think of anyone else who does this besides sb19. So everything you saw here — the song arrangements, the production and everything — sb19 was the mastermind! Of course with the help of their staff, but they need the approval of sb19 members (their bosses, the board of directors) hahaha!! still blew my mind how they able to do so much! They are not just artists.. they are also the people behind their own production. What you just saw from them is only 1/4 of their talent 🤯 really…

Yes this is Asian Artist Awards 10th anniversary split to two days. Since SB19 is on their world tour for SAW they were coming from2 consecutive day concerts from Melbourne and Sydney, flew 10 hours to Taiwan and within hours provided us with this level of excellence in their performance. Note that its Asian Artist Awards but is primarily 97-99% KPop singing with backtracks anf all. Sb19 initially performed on the same awards show last 2023 and it was a standout performance then as well which earned them an invite this year.

All four of these songs are the bomb! Love all of them! I suggest you listen to all of them individually so you can appreciate their voices more. They were also front act to Jake in his Golden Hour tour in Boston. So proud of them! Thank you again for doing this reaction. Looking forward to more SB19 ❤️

Imee Lacorte

What really amazes me the most is that knowing that before this performance, they came from 2-days concert tour in Australia and they travel a 10hrs flight before that ACON performance. Oh my God! like how they do that? Are they human? Dec. 5 Melbourne Dec. 6 Sydney Dec. 7 Taiwan(ACON2025) 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯

Imee Lacorte

That's LIVE VOCALS Tim. SB19 don't do lip syncing its a sin for them HAHAHA. They do little to no backing track. They are each other's backing track.

Joined your Patreon after you reviewed SB19 and looking forward to more of your SB19 reviews.

You can check out g22 too. They are like a female version of sb19 in the Philippines.

Elizabeth Anagaran

That’s live vocals! They have really low backtrack. You can hear it in Crimzone when Ken did not sing in his verse.

Aica Coyco

Glad to be here now and enjoying watching your reactions to SB19! Looking forward to more!

noah

Thank you! Hoping to see more of SB19 performances ❤️

Not sure if you have done a reaction to Stell’s impromptu performance of ALL BY MYSELF by Celine Dion with DAVID FOSTER. He was only supposed to sing his solo song and be an opening act for Mr. David Foster’s concert in the Philippines. However David Foster had called him during soundcheck and had asked Stell if he would be okay doing All by Myself. It’s amazing ❤️❤️❤️ https://youtu.be/eeoU8l-uCJ8?si=buY5BvzA_EP2TBR9

Thank you for checking out their ACON performance, Tim! They really are live monsters. They truly deserve the big stages and I’m grateful to reactors who feature them and help them get known in the world. Maybe you can react and analyze QUIT live perfornance (rock) in youtube next? 😁 It’s mostly english so I think you’ll be okay without the lyric video. I also love LIHAM (another heartfelt ballad) but, for that, I believe you have to do the lyric video with subs first, them WISHBUS :) For another hype song, I love MANA on the WISHBUS.

English is one of the official languages of the Philippines along with Filipino. It's taught in school as a 2nd language. The U.S. military had a few bases in the country as well, so I'm sure a some locals had jobs linked to that. My oldest brother was a civilian working on Clark Air Base until a volcanic eruption buried it in the early 90's.

Difficult to recommend PPOP group after SB19, because they God-tier level. So i dont want you to expect everyone is on their level

After their bad experience with previous (foreign) management that ended in lawsuits, SB19 decided to form their own artist management company, 1Z, with Justin’s older brother as the COO. This gave them more artistic freedom and control. Basically everything we see in their performances — the song writing (Pablo), arrangement (all), choreography (mostly Stell), concept and production (mostly Justin) styling (their individual choices) - is a collective effort among 5 of them. So much respect for this group and their craft.

regina mania

The main songwriter of the group is PABLO but Ken (aka FELIP) and Josh (aka Josh Cullen) also write some stuff for the group (e.g. CRIMZONE, 8TonBall, Quit). Lyrics, melody, line distribution and arrangement are usually done by PABLO. As for the music production, they normally work with different producers but their in-house producers and co-producers of most of their songs are PABLO and his younger brother, josue (collectively known as RADKIDZ). So the dance break part of CRIMZONE, for instance, which was not originally part of the studio version, was most likely done by PABLO and josue.

Just an example of an outside producer they've commissioned a few times for their title tracks is Simon Servida (@/ServidaMusic in YT). He was first brought on for "What?" and their Pagsibol EP then he did their big viral track Gento and now DAM.

Thank you for this reaction, Tim. Love your take on SB19's songs, singing, and performances. You can try and listen to ALAMAT (boy group) and G22 (girl group). There are actually a lot of PPop groups out there, but SB19's level is different. Even when I compare them to any other Pop groups (been listening to Kpop, Jpop, and Cpop since 2006 btw), there level is insane. But I still hope you will like them.

Cassy C

They always since live with raw vocals.

Hi Tim! Joined your Patreon community since I saw your reactions to SB19 back in December. I like how you break down your analysis with their vocals. I would love to hear more of your deep dives on their songs so I upgraded my membership. Looking forward to seeing more deep dive reactions with SB19 performances. ☺️

kittykat38

I would say check out Alamat and BGYO.
