@0:13:22, it is very interesting, isn't it? Before this point, I don't think I ever stopped to think about how all other people and aliens in the galaxy sound like an english speaker talking gibberish... now we have what sounds like a french speaker talking gibberish :D @0:22:34, it appears to me that Bix and Andor are a couple indeed, but I theorize that she will either die or disappear mysteriously at some point during the season, as during Rogue One, Andor mentioned to Jyn (during their confrontation inside the ship after Jyn's father died) that "you're not the only one who lost everything". So I assume that Andor has indeed lost everything, including Bix. If and how that happens, remains to be seen. @2:19:00, props to her acting skills here. She really delivered a tough scene to act, as she has to put on a brave face as she was a leader, but with just enough tears and sadness mixed in with anger. You can see either the sadness or the anger very briefly and intermittently overpowering her brave face... I believed her in that scene.

The idea with the ending is that earlier on in the episode, Partigaz tells Lonni that Dr Gorst is being expanded into a new program with military intelligence and is being relocated to a new facility. This facility is still like a construction site and being set up which is why the security is so limited. Lonni presumably then tells Luthen about it and from the outside, I think Lonni's cover will be okay because Partigaz and the empire will assume the leak in information came from military intelligence since Dr Gorst has been safe with the ISB up until that point. Also Cassian tells Luthen when he comes to the shop that he needs to help make things right with Bix which is presumably why Luthen gives them that mission. We even see Bix spotting the flashing light and telling Cassian that this time they do the mission together. They do leave the breadcrumbs that makes the ending believable but I think it would've benefitted from explicitly showing a couple of the scenes that were implied. I think the purpose of it is to show Bix beginning the process of getting herself back on track by literally killing her demons and also showing that Cassian and Bix work better together as a team.
