1:17:02. Why doesn't the UK and US help in the Congo-conflict? The Myanmar-conflict? Gaza? Because they have nothing to gain from it and it's not their business. What would The Republic gain from taking resources from the battlefield to help one planet? Onderon wasn't important, you saw how little Dooku cared about losing it. Also didn't you see how The Republic treated Umbara when they withdrew? Genocide on the whole planet?

At first it appeared as if there was a love triangle there, but it never was, those two already had their thing and Ahsoka was an extra. Good for her for handling it well, though. And she is a tank, taking a huge blaster hit like that! That would've been bye bye for any regular mortal... If it wasn't war, I would agree more about the republic helping out here, but that's not the case. They can't afford to spread their forces thin, specially if it comes to helping a planet that is currently separatist. And that planet had no strategic value for any side, so I can see Obi Wan's side on this. I find it to be a gray area really, I think they made the right choice by staying out of internal affairs and just teaching them how to defend themselves. To be fair, it did seem like season 4 flew by, it feels like we are still mid season 3! And I think it will keep getting faster. I'm not sure about exact screen time, but I think near this point, we have seen more of the main star wars characters through this show than through the movies.... so after a while, going back to watching the movies feels like a live-action adaptation of this show rather than the other way around! I wonder if by the end of this show, you will also see it like that. I don't know if I have asked before, but have you re-watched Rogue One yet? If not, do you plan of doing that in the future?

Lmao it really took Lux having his homeworld being conquered to see the Jedi are the good guys The republic is basically doing what the US and Europe are doing for Ukraine today: training and arming them but not physically fighting their war. Just like in real life, the republic benefits by opening another problem for the separatists without “wasting” clones and Jedi that can be used elsewhere. However just like Obi said, they must be cautious bc you might be training your future enemy (US training and arming the Taliban in the 80s).

Please take breaks when you need to Abby! I know that content creators on YouTube are “supposed” to post at insane regular intervals for engagement but, if it turns into an obligation that takes the fun out of it then what’s the point. A lot of really good creators have ended up stopping altogether for that reason. I think we’d all rather you take a the extra time than end up getting totally burnt.
