Before I start. I completely agree on Anakin. I've never grown attached to any Star Wars character on an emotional level (even if I like watching Dooku) but I can't see Clone Wars Anakin and movie Anakin as the same person. Movie Anakin is generally unlikeable and weird while Clone Wars Anakin is very likeable and relatable. He's my favourite Jedi in Clone Wars and it shows the best qualities in him. I think I've seen George Lucas say something about the movies showing Anakin's most stressfull parts of his life while the war probably was his happiest time in his life, which is quite sad in itself.

If you think about it, we've been with Fives from the very beginning to the very end. He was the last one still in the army, from the squad you saw training in one of the first episodes you watched (Season 3, episode 1). He was one of the two clones who asked to be moved to a different squad. And Tup was the one who lured General Krell into the plant on Umbara which allowed them to capture him. If you noticed, Tup's last words were: "forget the mission, the nightmare. I'm finally free" and Fives last words were: "The missions, the nightmares, they're finally over" which implies that the clones dream nightmares every night of order 66. It gains traction if you think about the brain worm episode in season 2 when a clone infect Barriss and says: "If there's one thing we clones know, it's how to stop a jedi". There's no explanation for why Tup's chip malfunctioned but the clones didn't die after order 66. Nothing happened to them physically after that, they could continue living their life. To know what happened to them afterwards, you'd have to watch The Bad Batch. I've never dived deep enough to understand the full canon around it but if I'm not wrong, order 66 was one of 150 orders which the clones were programmed with by the inhibitor chip. Among these were also order 65 which could be activated by the majority of the senate if they'd deem the chancellor unfit to rule and it would make the clones remove him from office by all means necessary. The reason why order 66 was motivated to the senate was Windu's fault. When Anakin told him about Sidious, Windu, Agen Kolar, Kit Fisto and Saesee Tin just walked into the office to kill him without taking it through the senate. For someone who wasn't aware of Palpatine being a sith and about the conflict between Jedi and Sith as a whole, it looked like 4 Jedi's tried to assasinate their head of state and that's why order 66 was authorized so smoothly. Because order 66 identified all jedi's as traitors to the Republic and therefore, subject to summary execution.

Lastly, season 6 is shorter and the arcs are therefore structured differently. The next arc is only 3 episodes long and the arc after that are 2 episodes. I'd recommend to watch those 5 episodes in a single video so you can get past them. The last 4 episodes of season 6 is one arc which you can watch and then it's 4 and 4 again in season 7. The next arc is quite interesting but not as important. It's more about character work than plot-progression and the arc after that... let's say that there's a certain someone there who forms a quite unexpected duo with Windu🤣 Also quite interesting. In a book, Kix (the clone who helps Fives at the bar) believed Fives and conducted his own research which ultimately led him to the truth aswell. However Dooku became aware of it and the Separatists kidnapped him and was about to transport him to Dooku himself on Serenno. They froze him in cryostasis but the vessel was ambushed by the Republic but the droids tried to go to hyperspace anyway. The ship was damaged and it crashed onto a foreign planet were Kix would lie in cryostasis for the next 50 years until he woke up, around 5 years before The Force Awakens.

Tup and Fives will be remembered, man Fives was so close to solving Order 66 o7

kevyep

It's crazy because that means Kix was the last clone to ever live

I think The Sifo Diyas arc is next then The Bad Batch arc 👀👀

Abby Jane

He got unlucky and lucky at the same time then😂

You said it, it's so frustrating that Fives couldn't solve it. RIP Fives and Tup

I did not deserve this …

It is indeed a very frustrating arc to watch, and strangely enough, we all seem to experience the same phenomenon: We try to cheer fives along, just hoping that he gets the truth out.... but we all know order 66 is a thing; in the moment we just seem to forget that somehow. But even if he got the truth out, nobody would believe it anyway, like we just saw. Remember, Obi-Wan was told on Attack of the Clones by Dooku that the senate was already in the control of a sith lord. Right there and then, the Jedi have now been informed about it, and his reaction? No way, we (jedi) would be aware of it. Just goes on to show the arrogance of the jedi, they just never seem to listen. Qui-Gon told the council that there was a sith on the loose (Maul), and yet they thought he was imagining things. They are far too gone to be saved, they just can't help themselves, like you have said in the past. Poor Fives 💔
