You didn't seem to fully grasp the details in the banking-arc. Clovis had no choice. I like this arc but there's a big plot-hole. Clovis didn't raise the interest rates of the Republic because Dooku helped him, he did it because Dooku threatened with not paying rent. Even if Clovis said no to the information and got it himself, there was nothing to suggest that Dooku wouldn't threaten him by not paying rent. The concept of the banks falters since they have no enforcement or military force, strong enough to force the Separatists or the Republic to pay rent. It was inevitable for Palpatine to take control of the banks. Clovis was naive but this time, he tried to act impartial. Dooku even said that they launched the invasion so that it would look like Clovis staged it. Padmé apologized to Anakin because after the Battle of Scipio, it seemed like Clovis was the traitor once again who tried to screw over the Republic. From her point of view, it seemed like Anakin was right about her being naive to trust him. She also basically paused their relationship and pushed him away when he was right about him, and basically walked in on his wife's ex forcing a kiss against her will. She didn't know any better and thought she was in the wrong and therefore apologized. It was also why Clovis said that he had lived his life misunderstood. He got painted as the villain when he tried to be impartial. There was no going back and that's why he gave up his life to save Padmé's, just as he was prepared to do on Cato Neimoidia in season 2.

George Lucas and Dave Filoni always intended for Clone Wars to be for children and they always had an experimental arc. It was the droid-squad in season 5, R2 and 3PO in season 4 and season 3 and so on. Since you've now watched season 6 episode 9, the comic about Maul I recommended can now be watched. You can choose to finish season 6 or watch it now but you must watch it before season 7 for it to be chronologically correct. Link: https://youtu.be/HCDcloyH_I4?si=QSakK_KdUrKi7HGV Also, no Palpatine's only real defeat in this show is in season 3 episode 11 when Padmé has her speech in the senate which delayed the bill for more clones to get produced, and it only got delayed, not cancelled. It was way to early for Anakin to turn to the dark-side in season 4. He hadn't got all he needed to reform the Republic and he had no legitimate reason to execute order 66. It was more of a test to see how Anakin fare against Dooku and it helped in distancing Anakin from the Jedi when Obi Wan lied to him.

Well, the first arc just goes to show again why the Jedi, as hard and "inhuman" as it might be, should not have attachments. They possess great deal of power, which is very dangerous when coupled with jealousy. And attachment usually also leads to jealousy, which we saw in Anakin here. It is a strong emotion to have, it can bring the worst out of people. If not stopped by Padme on time, it would've been the death of Clovis right here (not like anyone would care lol), just like the tuskan raiders in episode 2. No, Mother Talzin did not die here (unless some recent new canon comic or something has been released to retcon this story...?) . Her physical form just vanished. I agree, the second arc is very random, but I attribute that to the fact that these are part of unreleased episodes, but idk really. At least we get to see that "force steal" is a thing, which is a cool power I guess. I think in its essence, its what Palpatine did to Kylo and Rey, just stole their life energy to regenerate himself and launch a powerful attack. Also, I mean, how exactly can Palpatine lose when he controls both sides ...
