By this point it’s been longer than a few years since the mandalorians were last shown in Rebels. Around 9 or 10 R5 again! The droid Luke’s uncle Owen almost bought instead of R2 You have no idea how amazing it was to see Cobb Vanth on screen and finally get confirmation the mando armor he got was Boba’s. He was introduced in the Aftermath book trilogy, which started in 2015! •In those same books, it’s revealed the sarlacc was injured and partially unearthed by the explosion of jabba’s barge, giving jawas the opportunity to cut into its stomach from a safe distance and scavenge stuff. Possibly armor still on an eaten victim 👀 The worm thing in Return of the Jedi was a sarlacc, which aren’t mobile, except when they’re very small. They mention that the krayt ate a sarlacc and lives in its pit The large buffalo creatures are called banthas. Blue milk comes from them There’s 3 kinds of krayt dragon in order of increasing size: canyon, greater, and leviathan. Remember that skeleton 3PO walked by in the desert? That was the remains of a juvenile greater krayt. This one is a leviathan •And the noise Obi-Wan made to scare away the Tuskens that attacked Luke was the sound of a krayt dragon. After seeing this episode, it’s understandable why they ran. Cobb Vanth’s speeder is using the same kind of engine that Anakin’s podracer used The tusken dogs are called massiffs. You would’ve seen them very briefly in Attack of the Clones and in a handful episodes of clone wars, and one episode of Andor That was indeed acid the krayt was spraying That was a pearl. Krayt pearls are very valuable. For sand people, proof of having slain a krayt and a sign of bravery. In Legends they could be used as lightsaber crystals That armor wasn’t worn out, it was just the paint that was worn out Beskar is even more important to mandalorians at this point, not just for armor, but because that’s THEIR material from THEIR home, that’s been part of THEIR culture for at least 500 years, more than likely thousands. A lot of it was stolen by the empire after they were genocided. Think of it like museums stealing artifacts from different cultures. If people of those cultures wanted to reclaim their artifacts, don’t they have a right to? Especially if in the mandos’ case there’s relatively so few of them left? Just because Cobb Vanth was using the armor for good doesn’t mean he had more right to it. Maybe if this was before the genocide and beskar theft they could be more lenient. That person at the end was played by Temuera Morrison. He played Jango Fett and the clone troopers in the movies. And he redubbed Boba’s lines for the Original Trilogy special editions. So there’s technically a lot of options for who his character here could be We actually don’t know if Gideon is his first or last name, but probably last. You’re thinking of his imperial rank, Moff. Like Grand Moff Tarkin

Too bad you didn’t recognize the final character. You’ve seen her a lot of times in movies and series.

Lately I haven't been adding Patreon reactors, but in this case I can't help myself! I love that you're a Clone Wars & Rebels enthusiast (to say the least), I'm so excited!

it would be a crime against nature herself to cast timothy olyphant (i like to call him the olyphant man) and slap a helmet on him. do that for ugly bastards like...pedro pascal? well, pedro wanted to be able to see other TV shows, so that's why he's such a strong believer in keeping his helmet on.

"if they listened to me" was diabolical! lol
