Hi hi! Little update for everyone… So tomorrow sadly marks a year since we lost the much loved and incredibly talented Val Kilmer. To honor him and his work, tomorrow’s reaction will be “Thunderheart”! Then for Good Friday I’m thinking Ice Cube’s “FRIDAY”, in lieu of an actual Easter movie haha, and then Pee-wee will be moved to the following week! :) Also, now that I’m back to reacting, a lot of FWA’s are about to head your way including 28 Years Later: The Bone Temple, Before Sunset, The In-Laws and Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf to name a few! I hope there will be something in there for everyone to enjoy! 🖤

Lovely update! Looks like a good week ahead!

That looks like a great line up Coby. Looking forward to Thunderheart especially. Hope you’re having a great week.

If you want to do an actual Easter movie, my suggestion would be “Jesus Christ Superstar”, an outstanding rock opera from the 1970s. And I make this recommendation as a card-carrying atheist. It really is that good.

That's a good looking line up Coby.......my only tiny criticism though, is when the movie "Friday" gets it's YouTube live première, I will actually be in Saturday....( I still want my 10% credit for leading you to the idea though, lol )... Looking forward to them all.

I'm looking forward to your reaction of Pee-Wee's Big Adventure it was a childhood favorite and is something I occasionally rewatch.

Coby Something you might have already found out but the movie Big Top Pee-Wee isn't a sequel it was made by Paramount Studios and the first movie is Warner Bros. Their is a third movie Pee-Wee's Big Holiday it was Nextflix original. Other than that Their was The Pee-Wee Herman Show. It was the predecessor to want would become Pee-Wee's Playhouse.

For ANZAC Day (April 25), how about: "The Lighthorsemen" (1987) *True Story* About the Australian Light Horse Brigade at Beersheeba in 1918

Silver Machine

The In-Laws!! Awesome. (Hopefully it’s the original one with Peter Falk & Alan Arkin)

The Dark Knight Rises?

Dan Cartier

Thunderheart - recorded it off TV onto VHS centuries ago! My intro to Graham Greene, great film.

Who’s Afraid of Virginia Wolf. A masterclass in acting and dialogue. Dark, intense, and emotionally exhausting in the best way.

David Harvey

Coby - The backstory to "Who's Afraid of Virginia Wolf" has a great backstory. It was Director Mike Nichols first film (he'd had big hits on Broadway, especially with Neil Simon plays). From the start he had battles with the studio on the film. But he was very grounded and kept to his vision, and delivered a film with a fantastic script and powerhouse performances. Mike Nichols biography "Mike Nichols: A Life" by Mark Harris is a Great Read!

When's this supposed to play??
