WIP: More Romance Styles (Patreon)

Hi everyone,

Hope the holidays treated you well! I wanted to provide a quick status update on what I’ve been working on.

In the release queue right now:

Relationship Satisfaction Tweaks — an update with new features (plus fixes for a few discrepancies I found in EA’s code).

Assertive & Passive Romance Styles — a small update to slightly refine functionality.

I’m aiming to release both of those before New Year’s once the early access release of More Romance Styles is ready.

✨ More Romance Styles: what’s coming

If you played the beta of More Romance Styles, you already know it includes a new PDA romance style. The full release will also include Quality Time which has been a much bigger lift, but super rewarding to build.

With Quality Time, Sims will gain (or lose) relationship satisfaction by doing activities with their partner.

There are so many more activities Sims can do together (or even just near each other), so it’ll take time to fully cover everything, but I’m hoping this is a strong starting list.

Because of how big this system is, I’ll be releasing More Romance Styles as Early Access at first. In my opinion, the relationship satisfaction system really needs something like this, especially once you see what I’m adding in the upcoming Relationship Satisfaction Tweaks update.
