My guess is that the question says: "how many of you can speak/read spanish" or just "can you read/speak it" Thats a guess as i know the response tranlatons. Lol.

How bad is it that my first Spanish class had to be banned from Crayons? It was high school, too, which just raises even more concerns...

Comprendo un poco... Not enough to read the comic and made sense of it all...

I actually speak Spanish very well thx to my family. However, I never learned to read it. So I can't understand stand it when you write stuff in Spanish. I can understand some basic Spanish writing, but that's it.

Spanish usually doesn't have ambiguities in pronunciation, if I recall correctly, so if you learn the letters I suspect you could read it if you're fluent. Or did you try and I'm mistaken?

Writing this took me a few minutes, though. I’m very slow with my Spanish but I’m trying not to forget it all

I remember just enough from my two years of high school Spanish to read and answer the question, but not enough to read Spanish comic pages.
