Since the start of smartphones, more people have been suffering from wrist, forearm, and elbow pain. These mobility exercises are for folks suffering from pain.
Start by pulling your chin back and squeezing your shoulder blades together.
In the first exercise, extend your arms to your side and push out with your wrists while pulling your knuckles in. Next, push out with your palms as you pull the tops of your knuckles in. Hold both poses for 3 to 5 seconds. Not only does this stretch your wrists but also the muscles and tendons of your forearms and elbows.
In the second exercise, draw big circles with your fists. Draw them big enough to feel the stretch.
In the third exercise, draw circles again but with vertical fists.
Do 10-20 reps in both directions.
