Radio Plays and Podcasts and Art! (Patreon)

Well, it's been far too long since we updated all of you. Our absence is due to a great many things, some of them medical, some of them work related, but we're starting off the coming new year with some exciting ideas that should get us back on track. One of our priorities is, of course, to get caught up on art for those of you who are owed sketches. But we also have a new direction. For starters, you can see that this post comes with a 16 minute MP3 preview to a radio play I've been developing for release as a narrative podcast. Absinthium Kingdom: A Monster's Passage to India is the first episode to a semi improvised radio play created by me, Rikki, and is a sort of prequel to a surreal comedy novel that I've been slowly working on for the past ten years. This first episode of  Absinthium Kingdom, when finished next month, will be about 30 minutes. The story involves a soft spoken man named Fubsí Potvaliant who lives with his cat Dalí in a city of surrealists hidden in the Antarctic.

Tavisha and I are also developing a Dungeons and Dragons podcast together with my brother, Robert Simons and his partner, Peggy Chung. We've built an entire world using D&D 5th edition rules and we can't wait to let you hear us play through it.

We plan to redesign this Patreon so that your contributions are rewarded with preview to our podcasts as well as art. On top of these new audio projects, we've also secured a financier for the completion of our Kickstarter book, Reality Check and also our ShutterBox manga series. 2018 should be a very busy and interesting year!

We hope you enjoy these first 16 minutes of Absinthium Kingdom and we promise that futures updates will come more regularly as work on auto is completed.

Thank again!
