Hello, Patreons~!

Rikki and I are hoping everyone is happy and healthy this Spring 2021~! Two weeks ago, we finally got our second Moderna vaccine at Dodger Stadium.  The line was very long, and took about three hours, but well worth the wait! Now, we can say we are fully vaccinated and feeling tons safer when we go out into the world. To celebrate, we got our haircut at our favorite hair salon, Opyan's Hair Design in Los Feliz, CA. The brothers, Petros and Jeff are the owners and it's a delight to see them and their family business survive the pandemic. ( We have been going there for 21 years now. ) Thanks SO much everyone who has stuck around this long at Patreon to help us maintain our unconventional artist life. Still no conventions for us this year, so every sale on-line counts. We love you guys~! <3 <3 <3 I'll post again soon~!

I had a Cornish Rex who used to sleep in the litter box. We made a box for the litter box on top of a post outside the house. We had a milk door in the back yard, where the milk delivery driver used to leave his wares (LongBeach) and the litter box could begotten into from it. The box had a plexiglass lid you could access by opening the window above the whole contraption and lifting the lid to get to the box to clean it. Naturally when the sun was on it, it got quite warm in there. Snids (that was her name, from the sound she made when she sneezed) was an overbred Rex, tiny and delicate, with a narrow pink nose. Her nose was so small it was hard for her to smell so she didn’t care what the cat box smelled like, only that she was warm, another condition of being a Rex With AlmostNo Hair. So that’s my sleeping in the cat box story.
