Way to make a game of 'spin the bottle' look dramatic and intense! I like how the small panels at the bottom are arranged in a kind of semi-circle, so the bottle looks like it's pointing at each of them in turn, even though each of the panels shows a completely different angle. It's a good, creative use of the graphic novel format to play around with visuals and perspectives.
