Hi! I hope you’re doing well. I’ve been pushing myself at the gym lately, especially with my arm workouts, and I’m seeing some real changes. My biceps are starting to pop, and my triceps are getting so defined—it’s amazing to see how far I’ve come. But, I’ll be honest, it’s also kind of overwhelming.

I’m proud of how strong I’m getting, don’t get me wrong. Like, yesterday, I opened a stubborn jar without even thinking about it, and I realized how much my arms have changed. But sometimes I catch people looking at me, and I wonder if they think I’m too muscular. I’ve been sticking to long sleeves lately, even though it’s warm out, because I’m not sure how to deal with the attention.

It’s weird—I love the progress, but it makes me feel self-conscious too. I guess I’m still figuring out how to own it. Do you have any tips for feeling more confident about this kind of thing? I’d love to hear what you think.

Thanks for always being there. You’re the best.

Love,Lilly
