I’m not sure how to say this without blushing, but… I’ve gotten really big. Like, bigger than any guy I train with. I never set out to be the biggest person in the room—but I kept pushing, and it just… happened. My arms are enormous. My back’s gotten so wide I can’t even wear half my old tops. And my quads? Let’s just say skinny jeans are a thing of the past.

But here’s the crazy part: I’m not embarrassed anymore. I like the way I look. I feel powerful and feminine all at once.

Oh—and I got a boob job. Just enough to feel proportioned again. With all this muscle, I wanted to feel balanced. And now… I do. I look in the mirror, and for once, I don’t feel like I’m hiding from myself. I feel like I’ve stepped into who I was meant to be.

I wore a fitted tank to the gym the other day. I used to panic about being stared at—but this time? I stood tall. I made eye contact. I felt… confident. Maybe even a little sexy.

I don’t know exactly where this journey is headed, but I’m finally not afraid of it. I’m learning to celebrate my strength—and my softness.
