Update (Patreon)

I know my art has been a slow struggle from everything discussed in the prior updates. I am chipping away and have a bulk ready I just need my hands to cooperate. Most are prepped and just need steady hands and mind to not ruin the result. Which brings me to todays major update. Over these last few weeks I had a serious whiplash, I was working hard on therapy to be able to work properly again and get on my feet, but I got sudden news from my surgeon and have found out the wins I hoped for by next year that I have spent these last months working so hard to achieve and break my lifelong curse, has surprised me.
They said they could get me in basically next week, so the last week has been some serious cram to schedule last minute pre op physical, rooming, recovery stuff, etc. So today is that preop check, and after that im clear of all issues till then and riding a hopeful high. I got art ideas to pour this mood into and hopefully start making up for my absurd backlog.
That said I also wanted to say thank you again, these last few months, many of you have been so supportive and patient but your kind words have helped me a lot. I have spent so many days stressed and scared knowing its one more day late, one more day i failed you, one more day of further excuses and problems, but I have had so many wonderful people encouraging me to take this opportunity to heal a lifetime of damage and treat myself with a kindness I struggle to give. It means the world to me, and hope this will be the last update in such a major gap of art.
Above all, this one comes with a serious celebration, the end of the curse and year of struggles. I want to pour this relief out and share it with all of you as without you and your patience and support, I wouldn't be able to do this. I owe all of you so much, and you gave me the chance to take an opportunity that has been seventeen years of struggle in the making. I cant say it enough, thank you for giving me this opportunity, time, and chance to finally be happy. It truly is looking like this exhausting and terrible nightmare is finally ending and something positive is on the other side.
