I feel exactly the same way. I get we couldn't see what he was looking at. It wasn't professional. I was a 911 Dispatcher for many, many years. I don't respect a lot of the 911 operators I hear on these videos, this lady dispatcher, top notch.

This man had this aggression and power which made him a successful college football player. Possible concussions or head injuries might well be to blame for his issues now. It's very sad. Agreed there are no winners.

Wow, this is AWFUL!!! Clearly he suffered from schizophrenia or something, he was a solid man prior. I'm glad to see he got out sooner than later, I pray he continues to get the help he needs
