I'm honestly not sure if i can make this both CAC compatible and CAC2X2M compatible, the best thing you could do is manually replace the eye files in the CAC2X2M generated folder :(

That's probably related to having too much CAC mods installed (you can resolve that uninstalling some) if that doesn't work something could've overwritten your BCS, in that case i recommend starting a fresh install of xenoverse and installing your mods again, but keep an eye out for anything that overwrites your bcs!

Ok so if you have a mod that needs to overwrite the bcs, start a fresh install and install that mod first! Then you can start installing x2m stuff, If you do the other way around it will bug out :(

It should work with any eye shape! But it would have to be tested with every single forehead/eye
