Inori~ 🤍🐕- Scrapped Image Set (Patreon)

Here is the second scrapped image set for april featuring Inori! Out of all the new chapter two characters, Inori came second in the character poll~

Inori is one of the og main character I've had planned from the beginning. I always wanted him to be the 'beloved prince-like' character for the canine faye's in reputation, but once Rai gets know him, he turns out to be a super lazy (but talented) 'nepo' baby. Inori wishes for a simpler life but recognizes that he was born immense power that can help people, so he does end up reluctantly completing all his duties (just complains a lot on the way).

Inori's great power comes from his father the Canine Deity, as when a Deity has a child, a portion of they power will be passed onto their child (which is why most Deities will never have children). This causes the pregnancy almost impossible for the mother, but as the Canine Faye are extremely proficient in medicine and healing, they are one of the few clans that will have Deities willing to attempt this. With a lot of constant healing and medicine Inori's mother survived the pregnancy however she never fully recovered and a few years into Inori's life she passed away. Inori was too young to understand at the time, however his father Oki still blames himself till this day (and it's the reason why he hasn't have another child yet with the wife's chosen successor concubine tohru).

I wrote this backstory for Inori & Oki, but I doubt it will naturally fit into the game anywhere so here it is~ xD
