Guys, I won't lie to you. Maybe it was KanColle what started the shipgirl hype (I don't know for sure), but I've seen designs... and I don't like them. Honestly. It's subjective, obviously, I don't call them bad of whatever. I don't like them... BUT. I've seen several designs that I genuinely liked a lot (Iowa one of them).
And you know what?
They all had something in common - the artist. Shizuma Yoshinori - Atlanta, Iowa, Musashi, Fuyutsuki, Abyssal Jellyfish Princess, Submarine Seerfish Water Demon, (Though there's a lot of cool designed princesses), even that SHIMAKAZE that I don't doubt a lot of you know (though I'm not a fan)
