The sound is not perfect but is not bad at all I think you can get a Arm Microphone Stand so you have your mic close to you and improve the sound. A lot of creators do it and I don't think is distracted. about your chair moving around, I understand that you are afraid that you could be out of the frame because you move, I think you can get another cheap monitor and you can use it to check how you look while you have the video on a big screen.
