Vigilantes was a spin-off manga written by a different author than the author of My Hero Academia. It ran for 127 chapters and ended a year or two before the main manga ended. My Hero Academia ran for 430 chapters. So there were around 3 or 4 years where both mangas were being published at the same time. The author of Vigilantes obviously checked what they were doing with the main author but some inconsistencies could still slip through.

I don’t really think it’s a continuity error that we haven’t seen these characters in the main series. Because there are hundreds of heroes in Japan and we probably never see all of them and usually only get glimpses of most of them. Assuming they are alive by the time the main series starts given the fact that they are vigilantes they wouldn’t officially be working with heroes. Of course some heroes like Ingenium are a little more flexible than others and are willing to overlook law breaking that saves lives.

Told myself I wasn't going to comment anymore, but I'm definitely into it, even though I read the manga. There's more to knuckleduster that I think you'll really like. We will also get more backstory on other characters from the original storyline, both heroes and villains.

For the summer season these 4 are the most popular and the ones you should react to it: - My Dress-Up Darling - Dan Da Dan - Kaiju No. 8 - Call of the Nigh I think that "The fragrant flower blooms with dignity" is going to be Another good option. I think you are going to like "Secrets of the Silent Witch" Gachiakuta has very good reviews on the manga. Hence it could be another option.
