The Debbie and Nolan interaction was actually so heart-wrenching, so conflicting too. I am so glad that Debbie stuck with her morals at that moment and told Nolan what he needed to hear. At this point what has Nolan done to show that he has genuinely changed, he hasnt redeemed himself. Watching it tho knowing how he feels its hard to not feel sympathy for him. But man did Debbies voice actress kill it, i was sobbing watching both of their monologues. Sidenote the comment Nolan made about Olivers mother was crazy idk why he thought she would want to hearthat

Given that Nolan is nearly a thousand years old it’s possible he might outlive most of the humans who have a direct personal grudge against him. A thousand years in the future most people might have forgotten their grudge and see him as a hero again. With the only people left holding a grudge being other long lived people like the Immortal or people who have inherited the grudge from their ancestors.
