You should definitely skip filler. It's not bad but still doesn't really worth watching. It's not even best filler arc. Just skip to 343.

They also could be actually talking not about filler arc but about next canon arc in episodes 343-366. A lot of people for weird reasons hate this arc and say that it should be skipped. But it's must watch. It's not only show good character development for Ichigo, but also skipping it will create holes in story.

Maybe just watch a recap of the last arc I think it’s quite boring

DangerMac

One thing I will say is that you get some pretty decent character development for ichigo in the arc. The Arc is Canon, not filler. However, I can see why people would say skip it. It has a very different feel than typical bleach. You might be a little confused once you get to tybw about some things, but no worse than when you skipped the bount arc.

emersonsm

you can watch fillers after if you want to, i don't think that is a good idea watch rn because you already have skipped all of them.

Damien

It's only a short arc, I'd say watch it, see how it goes. If you really hate then skip to the next one.

You are smoking something if you thing fullbring is bad, the writing is amazing, the story is captivating because it has a different feel and shows character development and it’s set on a smaller scale to really capture that

Pandrix

Awake DO NOT listen to anyone saying not to watch it, its an amazing arc and very essential to the story I love it so much idk what people are on saying not to watch it. Those people probably only want the huge battles

נדב מאור

Dude there’s a reason why half the community doesn’t like this arc

A bunch of idiots who don’t understand storytelling don’t like this arc those that love the story and development aka true fans love this arc. We have to see what the next arc in the story is about I guarantee Awake will like it too

Nieto

Watch episodes 343-366, the arc is CANON, please do NOT skip it. 🙏🏽 I don’t know why anyone would argue against it. It isn’t even a bad arc, it’s a awesome dive into Ichigo’s ideology. Is it kinda wonky at first? Yes. But overall it’s a great arc for character development & again…it IS canon, so it is literally part of the story. You can’t just pretend it doesn’t exist- 😶

2026-09-06 09:00 Personally, I would like to watch it (because I skipped it the first time). But, regardless of if it's canon, it's totally possible to skip to TYBW and check out a summary. If you take that route, I recommend one of the many videos on YT that summarize it in less than 30 minutes. Most of them are excellent, honestly and to a great job of explaining it. Or, you know , if you decide to watch it I'll be along for that ride too. ^_^

Is that the fullbringer arc? i've watched it but don't even remember anything about it. It honestly adds nothing to the TYBW arc. They don't reference it ever again. Any references to the past they make in the new seaons are all about the arrancar or previous arcs so if even Kubo doesn't care about the fullbringer arc why should we lol.

How is it essential to the story if 90% of the community doesn't even remember it. 😅

Don’t skip it. fullbring arc (342-366) is my favorite arc 😭😭
