I may have made the shading look worse here, sigh. I'll probably revert some changes.

Also made her taller because the ankles are positioned high (due to heels), so I edited the skeleton a bit so it deforms better. It shouldn't really make much difference, her thighs are longer as a result. Added a butthole too. She's almost done though.
