Bug fixes:

Fully nude version had the wrong file uploaded, sorry. Now fixed: shadows don't look jank and armpits look better. Semi-Nude/Barelegs version: fixed the thigh rigging (gaps).

UPDATE: Uploaded the semi-nude versions. Basically it brings back the open jacket/boots. The stockings ver. is for without the bare legs texture enabled and the other version uses the retexture mod.I've had to split these up since the skin tone varies and has inconsistent highlights.

Normals and rigging aren't exactly perfect... kinda annoying since the stages all have different lighting.

Like the previous mod, you'll need the bare legs mod for bare legs: https://gamebanana.com/mods/299198Yeah I know it looks weird without that mod, but I wanna keep things non-destructive.Oh btw, this mod got an update so it should remove the sheen from the legs.

Unfortunately the "stockings" look really weird now and more like a reverse bunny suit. I did this so the shading was more consistent.

By the way, I've updated her armpits a little, there's a bit less shadow now

Great job on the Millia mods, really well done. But I noticed you had a post about GGStrive talking about I-No, and a poll where I-No won massively. Are you planning on making an I-No mod or is that a dropped project? Would love to know! Edit: Also I love the jacket version of the Millia skin, if you do make an I-No mod that is the version I would be looking for!

Updated again: forgot to delete her feet in the bare legs version. This has been fixed.

There is a bug with Semi-Nude Millia ( Stockings ) Color 11 has skin colored stockings, so it just looks like weird lines. Other colors seem fine. Edit: Also for some reason this new version has sheen, for me at least... idk.

The legs retexture mod got an update a few days ago, but that's for use with the bare legs version. Don't think I can fix the color 11 issue though.

Oh ok, that's unfortunate I guess. I'm pretty sure that 11 was fine in the old version though... Also I was using the stockings version, and the legs had sheen. Is that normal? I am using the newest version. The notes about the update seemed to indicate that was a patched out issue.
