Naive and hopeful, Officer North loved the idea of becoming a small-town cop and ingratiating herself into whatever cozy community she landed in. 

Officer North is loyal and dedicated to justice; she truly wants to do what she thinks is best to help the town.

But she's quickly becoming overwhelmed and depressed by working with the 'zany' Officer Swan, who she thinks, is just wasting everyone's time.
