Authorized Sellers Form (Patreon)

Hello, if you would like an Authorized Seller Badge and to help me identify your shops and selling platforms then please may you fill out this really quick google form. It really just helps me to identify the authorized sellers and those that I need to report. I also have a seller's badge that you can use on just 1 image (message me for a link once forms are filled), again, this is just to help identify the authorized sellers. If your not selling then there's not much need to fill the form in. If anyone feels there's any information I may have missed, please don't hesitate to reach out.https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScrlG8HKPMnvjEWdaEFQvN8OFu-gLS0dYB8W_8k8X3f_0PLkw/viewform
