I voted "Full body" because I like it when you can see the complete character but I also like detail. Hope I didn't misunderstand the options.

The more detail the better. Preferably excessive.

There is a balance between how much you show and how detailed it is. If I go with a massive resolution to focus on both of these, I will suffer from very slow responsivness of my brushes.
