London, 1892. Snow is evolving, turning into icy monstrosities, but this is no concern for the Doctor who has given up trying to save the universe, leaving it to a clever young governess named Clara to save the day.

Doc Who S7 Ep 6 WATCHALONG

Two of the sequels to this story with the great intelligence are second doctor stories made in the 60's. This is why the Dr has a faded memory of it. One of them is set in the London Underground which a map of was handed over in this. The first is The Abominable Snowmen for which only episode 2 exists. The second is The Web Of Fear. 5 of the 6 episode serial was found shortly before this episode was made which suggests a connection. Web is a great story and if you get around to watching any of the classic series this should be one of them. They produced an animated version of the missing episode and they do have the soundtracks to all the lost stories.
