This showed up just as I was revisiting the Spice Up Your Life sequence!

The day has come

Jake Beaumont

We knew about Ncuti. He revealed it himself on Instagram. We always know the next doctor. unfortunate thing about casting news. Especially being British. (Billie piper was the only complete surprise, because Ncuti left last minute and so it wasn't even revealed officially he was leaving, only heavily leaked/rumoured). Bigeneration was not known about, BUT it was leaked/rumoured that the doctor would split and David Tennant would remain somehow

Todd Burroughs

As Stan Lee would title one of his '60s comic stories, "Lo, There Shall Be An Ending!" THANKS!!!!

Todd Burroughs

P.S. TRIVIA: 1) In the "Giggle" novelization (yep, I'm *that* hardcore!), that house at the end is the Doctor's house! He bought it with his compounded UNIT salary from the 1970s! 2) Like this Tennant 14th Doctor, Tennant has a TARDIS in his backyard! He had it made for his kids!

All the applause to that video at the end, what an effort to put all that together! Huge well done to the people who put that together, amazing job!! Back to the episode - Yeah the bigeneration was a surprise to us watching, I enjoyed it, I like how they bring up how relentless the Doctor's life is and DT coming back was, in what I think is a call back to his end in S4, he wanted his reward, and a life with Donna and a family was what all that fighting was for. Neil Patrick Harris absolutely smoked this episode, what an incredible performance! And yes, I was one of those people who loved that you always missed the Mavity references lol Thank you for all the videos and reactions to Who, it's been an absolute pleasure being part of all of this.

Rebecca

End of an era! I'm so grateful to have been able to watch you on this journey as Whovians, thank you for bringing us all along for the ride! Whatever comes next - Torchwood, Classic, or something else - I'm here for it! If the Sarah Jane Adventures as a series doesn't appeal, it's worth checking out two 2-parters, The Wedding of Sarah Jane Smith and Death of the Doctor.

I fine with the second Doctor, I have a problem with the second TARDIS. I really does feel like a safety net and I think it better if he just retire on earth

I know I'm late to y'all's reactions on this, but Ncuti was one of my favorites!
