You talked about doing suicides were the worst. They are but the suicides my soccer team had to do in high school after a loss was the worst. We had to have to run suicides by how ever many points we lost by. Now normally that doesn’t seem bad, but he added something that made it a worse than normal suicides. Our coach would also have a soccer ball and he would punt that soccer ball as far as he could, and do the normal suicide lines on the pitch but after that the last line would be basically wherever the ball landed and we would have to bring the ball back. Then, we give him the ball and he re-punt the ball again and repeat the whole process again. Trust me, we barely lost because we did want to run those suicides. Fear of running those makes you play harder. lol
