Amber do you have any idea how much we,your fans, absolutely adore you?

Mason “The Southern Gentleman”

Since we on groups we gotta have a Boys2Men…. They have so many to choose from… But mine will be “Thank you in Advance” Dru Hill: Beauty

Anthony Caples

A classic indeed! Do you know how many dudes ran out and bought those boots because of this video?! They went from combat boots to Jodeci boots!🤣

Patt SanKings

Future suggestion: "Come and Talk to Me"

Anthony Caples

Yes, Dru Hill beauty is Amber’s song she just doesn’t know it yet!

B. Alex

🤣🤣👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

B. Alex

Sooo many of your followers are here because of this song & don't even know it. 😂😂💖

Anthony Caples

And yes, Jodeci is straight from the church! So is Dru Hill. R&B music history is filled with former gospel singers singing “the devil’s music “!😁 Tank, Fantasia, Anthony Hamilton, Jennifer Hudson and the list goes on.

B. Alex

Now, do "Freakin' You". 😄 (Babies gotta get made somehow!)

Anthony Caples

I had a couple of pairs to match my Cross Colors fit!

Uncle Darnell

Now we down the Jodeci rabbit hole Come and talk to me Stay Cry for you

Robert Taylor

Enjoyed the reaction. Gotta do some more songs from Jodeci like Come & Talk to Me (Album Version and Remix) Stay I'm Still Waiting (Album Version and Remix) U & I Xs We Share My Heart Belongs to You Cry For You Lately Feenin Freek'n You Love U 4 Life Get On Up What About Us Good Luv Every Moment

B. Alex

Come & Stay. Pause. 🤔 Look, it's not me this time, those are the titles. 😂

Sweetish_Jeff_26

Early 90s vibes here. Takes me back to my early 20s. Sweet youth.

Charles Allen

There is nothing like late 80's and early 90's R&B. So happy I was a young 20's adult during this time.

Charles Allen

You definitely need to check out Tony Toni Tone!

ENRY

Hi Amber now it's time to listen to Lady Gaga poker face

Thomas McGlinchey

For a Boyz II Men suggestion is from their Twenty album: More than You’ll Ever Know (ft. Unc Charlie Wilson), lol. Single or the music video, doesn’t matter… Or One Up for Love…

Mason “The Southern Gentleman”

Def a good one…. I like choosing some of the songs that were Bangers but just not mainstream…. It tells who really listens to albums instead of just commercial hits…

SGT Rock's Headbangers Ball

Amber, 90s R&B was all about lovin the woman you're with, but...and I hate to be that guy, there was a lot, and I mean A LOT of beggin' too from both male and female R&B artists. Anyone knows who jammed this genre knows...knows...there was A LOT of beggin'🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. Jodeci's a great choice. I always liked this group. They really had a lot of control over their art than more artists did in 90's R&B. If you go down the rabbit hole, these cats are extremely talented. These cats are still doing it, and they've even done a Vegas Residency in 2024, both 10-day legs and sold-out shows. I still have this group's full catalog in my collection in my music room. - SGT Rock (Metalheads listen to everything!)

Thomas McGlinchey

Gotta get Ambers reaction to Boyz II Men doing Silent Night during the episode of the Fresh Prince, when the holidays come around or for “Christmas in July”, lol

Thomas McGlinchey

Mas, Do we think Amber should do a Philly (birthplace of America) 4th of July set… Hamilton (Broadway) as the film reaction, and then all Philly artists reactions: The Roots new Fresh Prince suggestions Jill Scott Patti LaBelle Leslie Odom Jr. Eve (with Amber’s IG recent post, and Eve’s recent Tiny Desk) Boyz II Men’s covers of Money (That’s What I Want) and Iris (from Goo Goo Dolls) have to go on the list…

Eric Johnson

Yes Amber, Jodeci actually began as a gospel group

Mason “The Southern Gentleman”

Sounds damn good but would be hard to fit this in…. Def an overload…. I have so many suggestions but I’m definitely lobbying for the Babyface tiny desk…. One of the Pioneers/founding fathers of “modern R&B”

Thomas McGlinchey

Oh not all of them, just a selection of them to fit her slate for the 4th… never overload the Queen of Patreon…
