DEFINITELY a messy episode!! The whole Hoyt/Jessica/Jason situation was pretty fucked up! And now our poor Jessica is basically out in the cold, though I imagine she'll go back to Bill? And has anyone noticed how heart-stoppingly stunning Jessica is??? Oh, wait...yeah, I think that's been mentioned like once or twice an episode since she showed up 😅 Now what's a poor, stunning vampire girl to do??? That was one hell of a twist finding out that Luna's ex/baby-daddy is actually Marcus!! and that was quite the awkward conversation when he turned up at the house while Sam was there--I was hoping the men were gonna 'take it outside'! Can Sam morph into a grizzly, I wonder 🤔 Things aren't looking too good from Alcide, either! I was wondering who was following him...makes sense that it was Debbie. Tommy moonlighting as...Maxine??...at Merlotte's. Best part was seeing Tommy as Tommy running through the woods with the dress still on...AND the makeup 😅 That was a great, crazy fight at the cemetary! What will become of Sookie?? I'm sure her fate is tied into Alcide's now. She probably has Debbie to worry about now, too!

It wasn't just that Hoyt was her first relationship. She is also ten years younger than him. She didn't get to really explore what she did or didn't want in a relationship. Even though Hoyt was a virgin, he had gone on dates; he had seen friends in relationships. Not every relationship is supposed to last forever. He was the first boy who was nice to her, but I feel like a lifetime commitment is a lot to ask of Jessica.
