Patreon Blog - September 2017 #2 (Patreon)

Hey guys.  I have a pretty depressing update for today. :/

As many of you guys know, I just got back from a trip to New Orleans to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday and our one year anniversary.  My intern was going to have a video out, but a friend of mine originally planned to step up and have a video for the channel so I gave my intern more time to work on the video since it would be more complex.   Sadly, things with that friend fell through so obviously, there was no video last week.  I am scrambling to try and get the original video out AND a second one to make up for things, but everything around me seems to be blowing up, so I don't know how well that's going to go.

In addition, I found out this weekend that the guy who runs my merch store is going to be losing down shop soon.  I have full rights to the designs so I am shopping around to try and find a suitable replacement, but that has not been going well.  If you are looking to use your Patreon perk for discounted merch, I'd like to ask you to hold off at the moment until everything there is up and running, but it might take a while since I am committed to finding a high quality dealer who doesn't ship out low quality t-shirts that break as soon as they go through the wash.

Additionally, we've lost over one hundred dollars in Patreon funding which is putting the channel in a hard place again, that combined with the lack of a video last week AND my merch shutting down means that we're soon going to hit a financial crisis... again.  I am doing everything I can to juggle all these balls, but please bear with me as I try to get everything back in order.

In the meantime, we're going to look into restructuring the Patreon rewards so as always, I would LOVE feedback on how this has been for you so far.  I want to make sure that you're getting your money's worth.  What rewards do you like/don't like/use/don't use?  I'm committed to making this the best I can for you. :)

I am in a REALLY dark place at the moment, but hopefully things will be looking up.  Thank you so much for your continued support.  You don't know how much it means to me.
