[Behind the Scenes] Audio Booth on a Budget (Patreon)
Content
Okay, so I just used some Patreon funding to redesign the audio booth that I set up in my closet. It's actually super cost effective, being made of only PVC pipe, U and T PVC couplings, moving blankets, and shower curtain rings. Each of the three blankets was around $20 so this build was maybe $70 - $80 in total. It also sounds great!
If you want to build this for yourself, here's how I did it, but I am not a visual guy... like at all, plus I just modified an existing frame that I had so I had the plans mentally. To try to explain, I mocked up this probably super confusing diagram of one of the side pieces. Just make two of these and connect them with PVC that's the width that you want.
I was inspired to redesign my PVC set up based on a video that I found from a channel called Musician on a Mission so if my super confusing diagram doesn't make sense, maybe give that a watch. :) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9f9RUUt-tzc
