🔹 More Monthly Drops – Feb had 9 designs at drop date with more to come, aiming for 15 in March while balancing work. Growth + sustainability is the goal!

🔹 Free Products for SharingWe want to encourage more interaction across different communities. One idea we’re testing is rewarding members who share posts that gain engagement (likes/comments).

If a post you share reaches a certain number of interactions, you’ll receive exclusive custom designs and badges as a thank-you.

These rewards will not be available elsewhere, making them unique to those who help spread the word.

🔹 New Referral System – Earn $$ for ReferralsI’m setting up a referral system for those who frequently post images of our designs or have store fronts. Here’s how it will work:

Each approved referrer will receive a unique link or QR code to share.

If someone signs up for Premium using your link, you’ll earn $5 AUD per new member.

The system will track signups through the links and the welcome survey, where new members will select who referred them.

Additional bonuses may be introduced for sustained monthly referrals.

We’ll be testing this with a small group first before rolling it out fully!

🔹 Price Adjustments – New store prices: $15 per egg on external stores (Cults3D, Etsy, MMF), but free with Patreon membership. Missed a month? Past designs will be $7.50 AUD for Premium members. This shift helps grow our community and create a sustainable model.

🔹 Dragon Rework – Improving Joint DesignAfter reviewing feedback and comparing to other designs, I’ve noticed that our dragons need larger joints to improve movement and durability. The key differences:

Segment height – Most successful designs have taller segments, allowing for stronger, larger joints while keeping an aesthetic shape.

Better articulation – Increasing joint size will enhance flexibility and reduce weak points.

Egg compatibility – While resizing, I’ll ensure dragons still fit inside eggs. However, larger dragons may be listed without eggs as standalone designs.

This will take some time to rework all of these, but I want to ensure the best quality possible!

🔹 Basic Marketing Course – I’ve been testing low-budget targeted ads successfully and will share my process in a short-form course. Useful for selling digital files, boosting store traffic, or growing a Meta page.

🔹 New Designs & Feedback Needed – Exploring embossed flower pots, incense holders, dragon egg lamps, and more. Do you want only eggs, a 50/50 eggs & dragons split, or other designs? I’ll run a poll soon - let me know!

🔹 Blog & Entrepreneur Page – https://dreamlab3d.com.au/blog will keep a weekly blog tracking my journey, insights, and sales figures. A newsletter option is coming soon. This may be expanded to a Entrepreneur Forum for people to discuss ideas, business and other things of interest.

Final Thoughts
