Some update and feedback (Patreon)
Content
Hi there everyone! The end of the year draws near, as well as the start of my third month here on Patreon (if we start the timer from the day I got my first supporter :P). And I've wanted to take some time to reach out to every supporter and follower I have here on Patreon.
The day I started, I was convinced that this page is going to be a wasteland of all the works I post but it came to my surprise that we've grown this much in just under two months!
A huge thanks and love to all the supporters who were the first ones to start up my page, as well as the ones who just recently joined, and also the ones who left along the way as they still contributed to the page and helped me to continue what I've started.
As time goes by we gained and lost supporters and I've wanted to get feedback from everyone in regards to what they'd expect to see more or less off on the page in the future. I would love to hear everyone's thoughts either here in the comments, or by sending me a DM here on Patreon, or on X (formerly known as Twitter ;D) @MalthXAI. While I may not be able to satisfy the requests of everyone, I will go through every message, and will try my best to use the information received to improve in any ways possible!
Note for the future
As we gain more Sergeant tier supporters, as well as I get more popular on X as well, I'll be getting busier in working on commissions. At the beginning I was able to complete them in a matter of 1-2 days, but as of now I might take up to a week to finish them (I'm sorry for that).
So going forward I'll have to make some changes to keep up with the commissions while also satisfying all the officers. So depending on the feedback received hopefully I'll be able to come to a solution regarding this.
For the commissions, I'd like to make a small change:
Whenever I complete a commission that is suitable for patreon, I will post it. Unless they request me no to do so, either when commissioning me, or anytime before I post it.
This way it becomes more apparent for me which commissions I'm allowed to, and not allowed to share.
Update on Styles
While my Default style is the main attraction (hence the name "default") I've been experimenting with some other styles as well if someone feels like having a change of pace. Older supporters will know of the "Dark Fantasy" style, but as a WIP I'll be introducing yet another style to the collection called "AnimeCore". This style is still experimental but seemed to be working fine with the few characters I've tested it with, but I'm not betting on it as of yet until further testing. The composition of this style is a lot more complicated that the other two, and I aimed to capture the spirit of the more "retro" anime style, while keeping a clean look to it similarly to my default one.
Here is a comparison between all three styles (will include it as a downloadable attachment if its hard to see it here):
On an ending note
Please share your thoughts and feedback with me so that I can try and improve my work for the upcoming weeks, months, and hopefully years!
You all are awesome and thanks for sticking around! :P
