Update & Rambling (Patreon)

Hi there everyone, hope everyone is doing fine😉

No connection issues since then, hopefully it stays that way now 😅 However Patreon doesn't like having a lot of images uploaded, even less so when they are 4k so that's been one of the main issues lately. Sometimes it just says error has occurred and I have to retry uploading the set in two parts, last time I got an error but it showed everything is fine, that's when the link for the Tatsumaki set was messed up. So yeah that's mainly what's been delaying the dailies and 4k uploads recently. Not the Megumin set though, that's entirely on me, as I messed up the prompting 😅.

Why the recent increase on dailies?🤔

First I was testing out the new app if it can more easily put together the set getting rid of manually having to type in most of the stuff and copy-pasting things, but I went a step further.I've updated the dailies to include both vaginal and anal in both parts of the set (first and second outfit). This of course comes with +2 scenes to fit in the daily (20-30 images).

But also I've found a way to better run my generations and make them less "wasteful". At first it would've come with a slight change in style because of the upscaler I had to use for it, but I didn't like that approach as I didn't want a slight shift in my style just to make things easier for me, so I dug myself into trying to find a way to keep everything the same but turns out Stable Diffusion and its plugins are not capable of handling what I wanted... So I made a code to handle it instead😅

So now I'm testing if things run smoothly and everything works as intended and for now it seems to be doing good. Less generation times, though a bit more editing due to increase in image quantity, but a win overall.

Plans moving forward📜

Changing up the workflow wasn't planned at first, it just came to me why I'm doing some things the way I am, and would there be an alternate way of doing it, and fortunately as it turned out there was.

After confirming everything runs smoothly, the next step will be separating the poses and have them follow an order rather than just having them randomized. This will keep the set a little more organized, and at the same time it will show me with which poses I have the most issues, and rework the prompting on that one first, then keep improving them from worst to best until I'm satisfied with the results.

I won't say what other big plans I would have in mind because they probably will change based on how things go, so I'll just stay at the main focus: Improve work pipeline, improve prompting for poses.

My app currently💻

I mentioned in the previous post that I'll go through some of the things the app is currently capable of doing and some of the things I plan on adding before 1.0

The first purpose for the app was to help me write the prompts that'll be fed in the generator. So now it has a way to read presets you write for it and replace the placeholder prompts in it with the desired ones. It makes distinctions between characters, backgrounds, expressions, poses. Has options to inject prompts originally not in the preset if needed.

Character parser tool. You basically prompt a character in a txt and feed it to the app, which will dissect it based on the prompts, this was made in order to help in prompting in only things that are necessary for the scene. For example the generator might not like having "black boots" as a prompt while you are trying to make a face close-up. So with this tool, that is only added in when needed.

Wildcard manager. Those that generate regularly will know what wildcards are, this tool just basically helps in looking through and edit them as well as to inject a line of text that is not read by the generator when using the wildcard, but it used by the app to reference what clothing pieces are needed for that wildcard.

Preset builder. As mentioned, the app uses presets to write a final script that gets fed in the generator. Added in a tool to better help write the preset for itself basically.

Currently these are the main features as of now. For now I'm adjusting these as there is sometimes a malfunction and for now its pretty barebones which makes it a little hard to see through all the text, so I'm making some visibility changes as well.

Also reworking the app to have everything built in so no need for installations, third party software and nothing. It has its own folder, and creates a folder for itself in the wildcards folder which get referenced, so none of the existing files get touched.

The main goal of it is still for me to help me in making the daily sets, but with these tools anyone with some knowledge on SD will be able to generate entire scene sequences, or have the characters properly prompted in for their desired poses. I'll think of what would some cool functions be once the app is ready and serves its main purpose.
