Once Amy's entered the room and the door has closed behind her, maybe she takes off the outer layers of her clothing (the trench-coat, her hat and glasses), to reveal that she is totally naked (except for her boots) underneath these items? After doing this, Amy now kneels down on the ground, then she quickly passes over the suitcase to her Mistress; who enters in the combination needed to unlock it: revealing several items of heavy duty bondage gear and toys (it'll be stuff like cuffs, manacles and collar, but exact details are up to you), along with a latex outfit which will cover Amy's whole body from head to toe, it making it impossible for the person wearing it to be properly identified by anyone who hadn't seen them suit up (including an attached mask/hood), with Rouge now ordering Amy to put all of this gear on.

Amy comes in and closes the door behind her, the she takes off the trench-coat, her hat and glasses to reveal an black bodysuit that covers her entire body (only her head and hands are free). Then Rouge takes the suitcase and enters the combination that unlocks it. Inside is an Cynder the Dragoness suit (Legend of Spyro) with her accessories (working as padlocks) , black mittens, an cloth and tape. Then Amy bows down to her Mistress who orders her to put all on
