Others making Nero speak out his emotions makes him such a good character. I relate to him in certain ways as anger is very common reaction, and talking is a obvious solution. Both boys are so good~

It's indeed inspired by the marking often seen on german shepherds in Ginga series! John especially (and anime Hakuro though he's a husky).

Ohh nice, I remember you saying elsewhere that you have watched the Ginga series (it was very popular in Finland wasn't it? I'm Scandinavian myself so I also got introduced to it as a kid) That's a nice little fun fact that Bones' eye patch is indeed inspired by that. So cool of you to confirm it ^^
