Hmm so... considering the info we got, it is possible that Oudia got pregnant but fell sick due to external factors, similar to the sickness that afflicted the woodlanders in Kasko's flashback or the pregnancy itself could be a high risk one. So fluffy man stole the stars somehow and trapped them to keep his wife alive so his child had a chance to live. Ego sure is one hell of a thing. My guy messed with the whole world's equilibrium. I need more 🤠

I'm actually crying, this is where the tragedy strikes. This... is starting to make sense. Antares wanted a blood child of his own and he'd do anything to get it, even if it meant capturing a star to make Eve do what he wanted. It's utterly sad that Antares didn't believe that blood is thicker than water.

I love that Usma's eyes softened back to their normal pink. When they were blood red the previous page, it felt like a visual representation that she was shell shocked by the horrors she survived

This is heartbreaking. From these panels, I can see now that Antaras geuninely didn't mean to break the world. Look how hopeful and shining his eyes are in that second panel. His smile. Compared to the distant, cold, tired eyes he's had. ; _ ; magnificent.

I just have to say, despite being of the same body, the way Eve and Oudia have entirely different faces through the way they carry themselves and the way they express themselves is insanely impressive. It's no wonder Antaras was craving to have Eve back off from the face, even if for a moment. I've associated Oudia's body and face, before the explicit reveal, as an entity to dislike and feel wary of. But seeing Oudia in these flashbacks, now I can tie a comfort and warmness to the face and body. Antaras and Oudia looked definitely in love, and it definitely makes me sympathize with Antaras more, even if he had done one of the biggest fuck-ups one could do.
