Maybe. But she was all of 12 inches away from him in the first shot and is gone the next time we see that space beside Anty. And given the distance between him and Iralee in the last shot (compare it to the first panel) it looks like he’s still the same distance from her and we’re likely seeing his first step toward Iralee. So we should be seeing Eve in the last panel. It really looks like she just vanished. Then again how could she do that while locked into a mortal form? So maybe you’re right.

I don't think he will try to get rid of her here. Unlike that poor couple or meanie girls who could potentially spread unnecessary rumors, Iralee came straight for him and she has an actual idea of what he did from Helevise. My guess is that he will try and talk her into joining the cause, to end it all sooner. And if he -does- unleash Loss, I think Iralee will know how to fight back since she is a god-caller too and was taught by one of the very best even if she didn't take it -all- from her mom.

I expect Antaras to warn her and she'll challenge him like "Go ahead, it's how you get rid of all your 'problems' isn't it?" and Antaras ultimately won't do it (because it's Iralee and she's just that badass). Either way excited to see how this goes down.

I feel like Ant is gonna see Iralee as a threat as much as she can be an asset to him. Very curious how the rest of this interaction is going to go down. I wonder if Eve will also get involved, considering Iralee certainly knows a lot about what’s going on behind the scenes, so they can speak more openly with her there.
