Question; could eve in theory reincarnate herself, or is she stuck in god foam. For it seems like she want to like to live a mortal life

Irbisari

Eve dodging the topic lmao, nice move from Iralee but I hope Even won't take it as an offense enough as to lash out. And I also hope Antaras won't lash out at her as well for failing to convince Eve

Waikku

Well said, Ira. But Eve may be just more stubborn to stay...

AdventureLemon

It seems that Eve treats mortalhood as an interesting concept to be explored or experienced (up to a point). I think she is a bit frustrated that she, as a god, can’t do or experience something that mortals can. In the end I think it’s more of a childish desire rather than a genuine wish for change on her part.

Takaani

I don't know if Iralee is correct. Eve seems to be able to feel anger. Spite.

luugburz

ira i would NOT be pissing off eve rn

DindellaTheDefender

The context Iralee is missing is that Eve does seem to feel. Even in the flashback pages, there's an expression on her face that felt truly like empathy for the murderous stag. Being responsible for life yet being denied a life of her own, choices of her own, experiences of her own. Eve, to me at least, seems to crave to understand life and the living. And I don't think Iralee will get anywhere reminding Eve that she exists for one purpose and one purpose only.

karlobears

Eve did not like that. Eve will remember this.

Spiritstrike

Oof might have touched a nerve, Iralee.

Tales of Taralensia

It looks like Eve is kneeling down, she's probably going to make Iralee explain as best she can anyhow

Irbisari

It looks like she's standing up though. Guess we'll know next week

Wild future theory for a bingo card: Eve’s final character development is going to be learning those emotions through coming to love a mortal deer (top guess will be the fawn) that she has to lose because… well, they’re mortal and it’s inevitable. If Loss takes them not even she can bring them back. But if a god feels grief to the point of desperation like Antaras does that’s bad news bears for the rest of creation. Eve is curious about what drives mortals to such lengths and it could make her more empathetic to deerkind but… also at the expense of every unborn fawn while she learns. (Also do Eve and Loss represent only the lives and deaths of deer and halvs? Are there other “avatars” of life/death for non-halv birds and other animals or is the life cycle on pause for everyone?)

Kwelve

I have the feeling that Eve is doing all this thing because precisely she wants to feel what she can't.

Donnegail

She was laying down in the previous pages, so she's getting up here

Katie

Eve did not like that. Antaras better not 'punish' Iralee for not managing to "convince" Eve, though I wonder how she's going to get out of the situation. Her only chance is Andy showing mercy on her and letting her go, I'm not sure how likely that is. We'll see. :/

Robo87

The fact Eve was dead ass silent and unemotional for months with Antares but it takes Irelee less then 5 minutes to touch a nerve 😂

Fergus Ferguson

lmao when you get mad because the ant you're looking at informs you you'll never understand what it's like to be an ant

Georgina gray

Oh Eve, you’re very socially awkward lol.

Lightning Chaser

Eve looks so annoyed. Like "this bitch gatekeeping grief"
