I've been thinking about it, but I'm still not sure. I haven't been on servers dedicated for one comic so I'm not sure what kind of things those usually contain. Would you be interested?

If I were to create a discord for GS, what would you want to see there? It'd be open for all readers, with special roles for patrons. I think you can somehow link Discord and Patreon so it'd automatically recognize your tier. I would like a channel for art sharing for everyone, maybe a spoiler channel for Bullfinches and above if they want to discuss patreon-only pages.

And! I'm thinking - and if planets align well and such - I'll eventually have Patreon two pages ahead of the public. Maybe when we hit 100 pages, so soon! I'm currently working on page 137 and it's lonely here so far ahead.

I've been in a couple single comic related Discords and they are mainly just your typical community discord, but with a category section for talk of comic stuff only (update chitchat, theories) and then sections/channels for the Patreon tiers. Some of them also combined a section just for the creator's stuff, like designs, adopts, and sometimes a channel for the promotional art or references when they go public / no longer are patreon exclusive.

Same as Jessie, but one I've been in also had an rp channel based on the comic's world, and an NSFW section but that artist also does NSFW stuff

Sup there, Therbis here :D Discord is actually a cool thing for comics I must say. I wasnt fond of it in the beginning either, later then decided to do one for both comics and its actually pretty nice. On one hand you can have closer contact to your followers, makes you more friendly seeming and reachable which many people enjoy :) On my server for example I sometimes share sketches or previews which I usually dont post since Im too lazy on that, having pages sometimes done quicker than when posting sketches everywhere first. When I get pages done, I can ping @everyone and all will instantly see hei theres a new page! Usually quicker than checking your inboxes on sites. Art sharing channel also pulls some nice artists in who its always nice to share thoughts with. What might give you a nodge to do it is the option to do like private livestreams for only the ones you want to, like to special Patrons or only friends or such (by voicerooms in which you turn on your screenshare). If you wanna go for it sometime and need help on anything feel free to hit me, in the first time it annoyed me a lil to get all stuff functioning :`D

I think you've already summed up everything I would imagine the discord to have. It doesn't have to be anything special at all. Keep it relatively simple, one can always expand on it if need be.
