Grassland Deer intentionally coming to kill Stonekrovn young when old won't be dying and unborn won't be alive is a nasty combination that would quickly kill out any population. Seeing large's son's scars and jaw, I guess grasslanders took him when he was a fawn and tries to kill him the same way Loudkill kill the racist buck but they fail and the herd arrives to rescue him in time... and bet they kill the other fawns the same way, as if they were beasts. I know since the beggining that buck deserves to die!! hahaha

Y. eaaah, everybody was saying she killed the buck to protect does but honestly, stones' does has antlers, they can defense themselves if they tries to force them. Protecting (or revenging) fawns are more accurate
