Please tell me if I am wrong. I feel like maybe when you draw others, you kinda go from a mold of what you think men and women look like and translate that it cartoons. But I think whenever you draw yourself, you may spend some time being more detailed and focused on small things like fingers. Am I wrong?

Mmmm, it depends. Like for these explicit comics, I purposefully take more time on anatomy because I know what we’re all here for. When it comes to day to day comics, I have base characters I’ll pull from and reuse just so it’s completed faster but if a strip calls for someone in particular, I’ll start from scratch. :)
