I feel the same way and had no one to talk to about this hahaha- I enjoyed this ep a lot, but I felt really uncomfortable with Chelsea's snark and it came off as condescending at times. :( I love watching game nights and competitive people, but it felt Jessi had to come off as "aggressive" because she wasn't being validated (also I completely know that it's not this serious since they're good friends - just sharing how I personally felt as an audience member hahaha)

By bringing CC onto paid content, I do feel you owe us an explanation on why you feel it’s okay that she doxxed a member of this community, included in a video that was awful in of itself, and has said that it’s the persons fault themselves they got doxxed, which directly contradicts the message Lily has given repeatedly about sharing peoples private information.

The video in question is still on my channel. I did not dox anyone. Just like any other commentary, I showed videos for context. In one of the videos, another creator was saying that she was being harassed and she showed that person‘s TikTok profile. Said person‘s TikTok profile had their first and last name on it. Even if your social media profiles are private your bio name and username are public. I never said that it was that person‘s “fault”, I said that if you do not wish to be doxxed, don’t put information on the Internet that you don’t want to be public, then I also said that I don’t think that what that person was doing was harassment and I don’t think that they were doxxed. The person who is accusing me of doxxing them has claimed that they have since received harassment, which is extremely unlikely, especially since that video did not perform well and Shelly Sahi (who the video was about) does not even have a dedicated fan base. Yet they were claiming I doxxed them and that resulting in them being harassed within a few hours of the video being posted. I am not saying this with any attitude, Snark or anything like that so please do not interpret it in that way. I would appreciate it if false information was not being spread especially when it comes to accusing me of nefarious activities.

Just bcus info is out there doesn’t mean it should be shared, and she made it clear that she did not want it shared. Just as Lily said in a recent video about info she came across, just bcus information is already out there does not mean that it needs to be shared further on your platform. 3. I myself personally have witnessed the harassment you’re claiming the person did not receive. The only false statements being given here is you claiming that harassment that is easily found doesn’t exist and that sharing someone’s information when they are not a public figure and have expressly asked you to not is okay. You did nothing with this comment but prove the behavior I was complaining about, but it is good to know with your reply that they must be entirely and fully aware of the situation and just do not care to comment on it. Nice.

As someone who previously was unaware of this and just watched your video to get context — I can understand why you’re getting defensive because I 100% believe that you did not INTEND to doxx or contribute to harassment of this person, but having a 150K subscriber commentary channel comes with a level of responsibility. I take your point about not using your full name online to be fully safe, but I think that there’s a pretty clear difference between having your full name on your TikTok as a random citizen, and having that information blasted out on a large YouTube channel. If a non-public figure tells you they’re receiving harassment because you put their full name in your video, just blur it out — it’s not like it’s critical context and future viewers will be confused if you take it out, and it’s clear from that person’s comments that it would resolve a lot of stress and fear for them if it was removed while you’d lose nothing by doing so. So why not just take it out to be safe and then move on? This really isn’t a “dig your heels in and argue about whether it’s fair that people are mad at you” situation in my view, it’s not appropriate to handle it like it’s snark or drama. It’s a safety issue and should be handled in a way that errs on the side of safety and responsibility, and THEN you can move on and vent with your friends about how you feel people criticized you too harshly for it.

Not super techy, but as a fellow Arab girly, that audio interjection could possibly have been someone driving by, especially depending on the time of year it was when the video was filmed. While I am not Muslim myself, a I have a few friends who are and they will listen to sermons or readings of the Quran on the radio while driving and that could’ve been what the interruption was.
