I too have to use hydrocortisone ointment not my eye but different areas of my face. I have seborric dermatitis that flares up every little bit. It's annoying and super itchy but im lucky that it's pretty responsive to it unlike what some people deal with

Lily I get this exact contact dermatitis around my eyes, and it’s from a nail polish allergy! So when you are thinking about what might be triggering it don’t assume it has to be something that comes into direct contact with your eyelids. My hands/fingernail beds are completely fine, it only affects my eyes.

If you guys ever do decide to cover Dramagedon 2 please, please, please think about the additional context that was overlooked at the time. With hindsight we can see that Tati was being homophobic and that rings even truer not that she is also on the right wing pipeline. That the “accusations” against James at the time were that he was hitting on straight guys when a) the waiter wasn’t straight and b) Jeffery Star was actively dating Nate who was “straight”. That homophobia means that many men will sleep with other men but insist they “aren’t gay” because of the stigma. That this was so complicated and isn’t actually anything whatsoever to do with James’s recent behaviour/accusations. That Jeffrey Star has paid 10s of thousands of dollars to men who have accused him of extremely serious and violent sexual assaults to keep quiet about their stories. One story in particular is truly horrific (see journalist Taylor Lorenz) so anyway “voice note” JS claimed to have isn’t cutting it. I could go on and on about it 😂

Lily I had the sameeeee eye problems over the last few months. Thought it was allergies but my eye lids would be red and swollen and just horrible everyday for so long. Doctor prescribed cortisone too and said it was stress induced dermatitis (I was taking the bar exam lmao) and my sister deals with the same thing too!! So random

i know this is old, but i highly recommend looking up Korean makeup on reddit. I don't have oily skin, other than my eyelids and right around my eyes. Waterproof eye makeup doesn't work for me, because it's the oils that make it smudge all over the place. as a result, i found that tubing mascara is my best bet, and Kiss me Heroine eyeliner is one of the only ones i can use that will (mostly) stay put.
